Program/Project Description
Egna Le Egna Youth Health and Development Organization is a national entity dedicated to the welfare of children, youth, and women. Established as a non-profit organization in 2003 and subsequently re-registered in 2013 under the new Charities and Societies Proclamation, the organization has since been actively engaged in promoting youth and women’s empowerment, fostering peace-building initiatives, advancing gender equality, and preventing gender-based violence. Additionally, it champions environmental stewardship, enhances nutritional standards, facilitates the formation of small and medium enterprises, and addresses adolescent reproductive health, alongside HIV/AIDS prevention and care support, family planning, and the economic empowerment of unemployed youth.
