Egna Le Egna Youth Health and Development Organization received land with a building to establish a Youth Center in Shashemene Town in the year 2003. The organization has solicited money from volunteers and international organizations, mainly Pathfinder, and invested into creating a pioneer Youth Center in Ethiopia. The center currently provides indoor and outdoor games, a library, meeting hall service, computer training center, digitized library with internet service, discussion shed, drama and music performance stage, audience green stage, children’s learning area, gym, mini cafeteria, and IGA corner. Within the Youth Center there are sports, music, drama, dance (both modern and traditional), and circus club activities where the youth exercise and develop their talents.
